Existential TherapyExistential therapy is a powerful approach which embraces human potential, while remaining a realistic approach through its recognition of human limitation. Falling in the tradition of depth existential is common with psychodynamic, humanistic, experiential, and relational approaches to therapy. Existential therapy is fundamentally different from every kind of therapy. This therapy is therapy for existence whereas psychotherapy is therapy for life, a remedy for the problems of living. Existential therapy unreverses existential reversals. Many psychologists recognize the practice of existential therapy as variety of psychotherapy. It also adddresses life problems perspective and therefore act as variety of psychotherapy. Existential therapy is not a therapy for living but its the therapy for existence.
